Place rack cards in order to build a relationship with at least 200 businesses and to get your name in front of the community. It leads people to your web site.
Outgoing calls to 30 people on your prospect list each day. The goal is to set 1 - 2 appointments. Sometimes call for a community event; other times call to invite to a trial.
School talks once a week.
Plan your weekly events.
Prepare for staff training.
One day a week write a blog on your website and share it on Facebook. You want to build your authority in your town as the child development expert as well as the expert on self-defense and bully prevention. Things like "the 5 things you can do to keep your child fit" or "3 things to teach your kids about bullying".
Create a Facebook offer and boost it for online enrollments. You can also add this service to Cornerman and Bill Storm will handle it.
Call and confirm appointments. Make progress check appointments. To do a contract a day you need at least two appointments a day.
Network with a school owner that is doing better than you.
Promotional booth at one of your rack card locations.
Read, meditate and train
Have a coffee and journal. Practice appreciation for all you have. It will build your energy and you will walk the attitude of gratitude when students arrive.
